We understand accidents can happen! If any rented item is lost or damaged, the repair or replacement cost will be deducted from your security deposit paid at checkout.

Our rental system uses tiered daily pricing, which means the longer you rent, the better the rate per day. Each item has its own base price, and the total will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your selected rental duration.

Example:

If you rent a yoga mat for 5 days, the total rental fee will be Rp 100,000.

If you rent a yoga block for 10 days, the total will be Rp 55,000 (Rp 40,000 + 3×Rp 5,000).

At the moment, we only accept manual bank transfer.

Yes. Full payment must be made to secure your booking.

The refundable security deposit is required to protect against potential loss or damage to the rented items. For all rentals, we charge a 40% refundable security deposit, which already includes a 10% non-refundable incidental fee calculated from your subtotal to cover cleaning, minor wear, and handling. If your items are returned in good condition, we’ll refund the deposit minus the incidental fee within 2 business days after inspection. If there’s any visible damage or loss, the repair or replacement cost will be deducted from your deposit.

You can pick up your rental during your chosen pick-up time slot stated at booking.

No, we currently only offer self-pickup and return.

All items must be returned by the agreed return date and time to avoid late fees.

Late returns will incur additional daily rental charges, deducted from your deposit.

Yes. Please wipe down and clean your mats before packing and returning them. We will also deep clean all mats upon return to maintain hygiene.

Please return the gear in the original bag or packaging provided at pick-up. Ensure everything is clean and neatly packed.

All yoga gear is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized by our team after each rental, following our hygiene standards.

Cancellations made 48 hours before pick-up will receive a full refund (minus any bank transfer fees). Later cancellations are non-refundable.

Please notify us as soon as possible. We will try our best to reschedule based on availability.
