Booking

We recommend booking at least 3 days in advance to ensure availability. For larger events or group classes, booking earlier is best.

We understand accidents can happen! If any rented item is lost or damaged, the repair or replacement cost will be deducted from your security deposit paid at checkout.
Payment

At the moment, we only accept manual bank transfer.

Yes. Full payment must be made to secure your booking.

The refundable security deposit is required to protect against potential loss or damage to the rented items. For all rentals, we charge a 40% refundable security deposit, which already includes a 10% non-refundable incidental fee calculated from your total order to cover cleaning, minor wear, and handling. If your items are returned in good condition, we’ll refund the deposit minus the incidental fee within 2 business days after inspection. If there’s any visible damage or loss, the repair or replacement cost will be deducted from your deposit.
Pickup & Return

You can pick up your rental during your chosen pick-up time slot stated at booking.

No, we currently only offer self-pickup and return.

All items must be returned by the agreed return date and time to avoid late fees.

Late returns will incur additional daily rental charges, deducted from your deposit.
Cleaning & Care

Yes. Please wipe down and clean your mats before packing and returning them. We will also deep clean all mats upon return to maintain hygiene.

Please return the gear in the original bag or packaging provided at pick-up. Ensure everything is clean and neatly packed.

All yoga gear is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized by our team after each rental, following our hygiene standards.
Cancellations & Changes

Cancellations made 48 hours before pick-up will receive a full refund (minus any bank transfer fees). Later cancellations are non-refundable.

Please notify us as soon as possible. We will try our best to reschedule based on availability.

Yes, modifications can be made up to 48 hours before pick-up, subject to availability.
